Steering Committee - Provides general oversight of the entire program including executive support, fiscal oversight, legislative and administration communications, strategy, and overall accountability.

Local Leadership Council - Provides the local perspective on the AWIN program. Provides advice and guidance on strategic planning, funding, program policies and procedures.

Project Teams - Implement the actions necessary to achieve the goals and objectives of each project.

Maintenance and Operations - Manages the day-to-day operational needs of the system and provides a bridge to a long-term program structure.

Role of Ad Hoc Councils - The Bond/Finance Council, AWIN Finance Team, and other groups will provide
short-term assistance to address specific program needs.
